Are these programs a good set of "computer maintenance/safety/protection" programs?

I’ve got a few programs installed on my computer for said reasons, but are they all compatible with each other? Do they conflict in any way that I wouldn’t see? Here they are:
CCleaner
Defraggler
Advanced SystemCare (Pro)
Malwarebytes
SUPERAntiSpyware (Free Edition)
…and FileHippo.com’s Update Checker for keeping up with program updates.
Do any of these conflict with each other?
I use mb, asc pro, sas free, ccleaner, smart defrag from iobit. , smart ram from iobit. and spybot 1.6.2 free .

Seems to be quite good but don’t use too many softs simultaneously.
Don’t use any real time update checker (filehippo), prefer to check if updates are available for example once a month.
