My dad owns a computer repair business. I want to buy him a computer diagnostic kit for xmas. Whats the best?

I’m willing to spend around $200. I’ve browsed a few online, but am having trouble deciding.
1) What’s the best (i.e., most sensitive and prolific, in terms of diagnostics)?
2) What should I look for when purchasing?
Something like this is very personal. I suggest you get someone to inquire of him what he would recommend. That way you get an idea of his thinking. Honestly if you are going to spend the money on it then it really should be what he wants.
