Didn’t sell Packard Bells? What? I used to have a Packard Bell computer, and nothing ever, EVER, went wrong with it. It lasted forever until I deliberately destroyed it.

    I find local …
I find local technicians to be more reliable, I remember a few years ago my computer got broken and since I bought it from bestuby, i went there and they had it for like 3 months. No computer for 3 months, and now that I have average experience I realize that the problem was simpler than It was. The whole thing was free but I hated it anyway, horrible service. As for locals, I’ve got it back in a few hours for small and big problems
