I want to be a computer technician, mainly repairs and troubleshooting ect, where do i start, what i need to do?

Graduate from high school, and then you can either enroll in a community college in your local area where you live, or you can use an online college to do it from home and graduate via internet within 2 years with an Associates Degree.
