Also, all of our teks are highly experienced and therefore skilled. Our teks usually have at least three certifications: A+, Net+, and Sec+. Although we don’t feel the certifications are really the most important qualification of a good tek, we understand they are important in the eyes of most consumers. Finally, our teks undergo a complete and thorough background check.

Our company takes pride in becoming as transparent as possible to the consumer. Why? Because we have absolutely nothing to hide.     Still you don’t need to be a ITT graduate to figer out that a IDE cable is completely disconnected.

    Anyone that knows about computers will figurout that its something to do with the HDD after booting up the computer and seeing that it runs fine. it just cant locate the Hard drive and will say something like “Reboot and Select proper Boot device”
    With that right there I wad know its something to do with the Hard drive.

    Definitely not the power supply!!!!!

    lol best buy’s geek squad is a joke, just a couple of no give a kids/losers. They think since they watch best buy’s 10 minute training videos that they invented the ing computer. I had a warrently on a laptop, had issues took it to back, geek squad had it 3 months!

    No it’s not. Most computer repairs are relatively simple, and they take time.

    A clerk had to take the computer, deal with the customer, write up an invoice and take time to open the box up and make the inspection. Then he has to test the system. All of that can take up to an hour. A good mechanic can change sparkplugs in 10 minutes, should that be free too?

    What about at McDonalds? It only takes 20 seconds to make my burger, that should be free too.

    I work for the geek squad and we would have easily caught this. The problem is geek squad is not trained they bring in computer nerds from off the street, I just happen to be an ITT graduate. And btw, buying a mac does not fix this problem, it actually makes it worse….we take mac users for a ride all the time….it’s a joke how stupid mac users are.

    No matter all of them is same. All of them is crashing (Mostly causes overheating problem). I prefer to get a PC. Because if you are getting a MAC you gonna pay least 2 times more than PC. Don’t worry, MAC will crash too.
