mine takes around 10 to 20 seconds sorry but i can only edvise that you delete bigger programs that you dont use to often or get a better computer soz(mines a dell its pretty good runs really really well)

I use the classic …
I use the classic Star Menu and this is how to have “Run” show. Click Start and select Settings, Taskbar and Start Menu. In the window that opens click the “Start Menu” tab. Select “Customize”. In the window that opens you can choose what shows in the Start Menu, including “Run”.
