have you got a IP? …
have you got a IP? can you ping a site and get a reply? have you scanned for spyware? have you tryed winshockfix?
have you tried and another browser like firefox to see if it works?
try all these let me know how you get on.

my interenet exploxer willl only display cannot display the webpage. I have a good connection but no interenet.

First try …
First try downloading firefox browser and see if it does same thing. dont copy anything over from internet explorer when installing firefox.
also put this command in run box rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\inf\ie.inf
